"I recently had the pleasure of engaging with Aurora Meneghello, the transformative coach and visionary founder of Repurpose Your Purpose.
Aurora's approach to coaching is compassionate, empathetic, and highly personalized. Her incredible listening skills allowed her to truly understand my unique concerns and issues, and her constructive feedback was invaluable in helping me see things from a new perspective. She didn't just provide generic advice; she tailored her insights to precisely suit my needs, goals, and values.
What struck me most about Aurora's method was her profound care and consideration. Her empathy isn't just a professional façade; it's a deeply ingrained part of who she is. Throughout our sessions, I felt like I was talking to a trusted friend, someone who truly understood me, rather than just another client on her list.
Aurora's coaching went beyond mere problem-solving; it was a comprehensive journey into self-discovery. Her fresh and innovative approach helped me repurpose my own perspective on the issues that were holding me back. I found myself looking at challenges not as insurmountable obstacles but as opportunities for growth and self-improvement.
One of the most valuable aspects of Aurora's coaching is her commitment to provide ongoing support. The coaching didn't end with our sessions; I felt her encouragement and guidance even afterward. Her thoughtful follow-ups and genuine interest in my progress further emphasized her commitment to my success.
I wholeheartedly recommend Aurora Meneghello and her transformative coaching program, Repurpose Your Purpose. If you're seeking to make significant changes in your life, explore new pathways, or simply find clarity and understanding. Aurora's insightful, compassionate, and customized approach could be exactly what you need."

"I found Aurora at a pivotal time in my life. I was 15 years into a successful career with a large company, enjoying financial security but feeling drained rather than energized by my work and terrified of making the "wrong" decision. My time with Aurora was profound. She is so much more than a career coach. She taught me to listen to my inner wisdom, be curious about my emotions, and trust my own insights to guide me. If you're contemplating life changes or difficult choices or just experiencing self-doubt, I'd highly recommend scheduling time with Aurora!"

"Aurora is a maverick, drawing upon a treasure trove of resources and inspiration, be these practices, frameworks or the wisdom of great teachers. She is able to weave these ingredients together in unexpected and innovative ways with warmth, humour and intuition.
Aurora's capacity to gently and skillfully identify roadblocks and opportunities in work and life has helped me to approach my vocation with a very different perspective and energy. I'd absolutely recommend Aurora's coaching as an important resource for anyone looking to gain new insights and momentum in work, life and entrepreneurship."

Guy Edwards (Los Angeles)
"Aurora is fantastic!
I worked for the same company for 20 years and things had gotten stale, and I was not being challenged. I had gone through all the traditional career change activities, talked to a counsellor, done the quizzes, signed up for services to improve my resume and LinkedIn and all the other necessary stuff. BUT I had not been considering me and what I wanted from a new career just the skills I had and how they translated into new fields.
Aurora is a great guide to find what you are really trying to think about with great activities, discussions and giving paths to a better understanding of what you are looking for rather than just the things you can bring to a role.
Two activities of note:
- Asking others what they think of you (positives!) - really opened my eyes to what others see in me that I don't
- Likes and dislikes in a job - really narrowed down a lot of what I wanted in a much more concrete way than I had considered in the past.
Thanks Aurora!"

"I loved it [The Group Program to Change Careers]. It was life changing. I feel like I have learnt tools and concepts that are helping me in all aspects of my life, not just career. I also feel that I have already started enjoying the process of career change, and not place my joy/happiness in the future, "when" things will happen. It is scary but that is what I was looking for (joy in work), and the realization that it is not something that I have to obtain, rather something that is already there and I just need to discover it, wherever I am."
Octavia (Los Angeles)
This is an excerpt from a piece Octavia wrote for Payscale - you can read it in its entirety here.
"When I began working with my coach, Aurora Meneghello of Repurpose Your Purpose, I was struggling. I desperately wanted to initiate some major changes, but I felt totally overwhelmed. Aurora listened, supported and worked with me to determine what to let go of and where to laser focus.
Our conversations are powerful, because each coaching session moves me closer to where I want to be. We cover the issues and opportunities that matter to me the most. After each conversation I feel focused and energized, as well as completely calm, which is an insanely amazing combination. Plus, the accomplishments I’ve made with Aurora’s guidance are truly exhilarating."

Ashley (Los Angeles)
Ashley took the Repurpose Your Purpose's Group Program to Change Careers at the height of the pandemic and was able to turn things around, finding not one, but 2 jobs! In this video she gives us all the gift of her story - authentically and without glossing over the tough parts. From feeling down about her work situation, to unemployment, to (re)connecting with people, all the way to finding herSelf again - with confidence, generosity, and Purpose - here's what finding your Path can look like. Are you ready for the journey?
Kayla (Los Angeles)
I attended a Repurpose Your Purpose two-part workshop, and Aurora was a terrific facilitator. She took care to create a supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere by outlining an agreement of service, and she quickly gets everyone to a place where open dialogue and discussion come naturally. I have worked directly with other career coaches, and read a lot of books and online resources about career change in the past, and none of it was as impactful as working directly with Aurora. She has a unique approach and, coupled with accountability reminders, it really pushed me to new levels and gave me the tools to continue forward in my career journey. I really look forward to engaging more with Aurora and Repurpose Your Purpose!

How do you go from working in education to construction and real estate?
Sammy took the very first public version of my Repurpose Your Purpose’s unique course for people who want to change careers, but are not sure what they would like to do next. The course at the time was just a small portion of what it is now, and it was already making an impact!

Joshua (Los Angeles)
Joshua attended one of my panel discussion events on How to Change Careers. Here's what he posted on LinkedIn:
Went to an amazing event in #LA where Repurpose Your Purpose, LA Tech4Good, and the Innovation for All Podcast created a fantastic environment to talk about changing careers at the intersection of technology and society.
I definitely would recommend anyone looking for a #careerchange or on a career change path to go to one of their events. It’s an extremely comfortable environment where almost everyone there is in the same boat. I had some great conversations where we shared the same fears and struggles of a career change, and I felt relieved knowing that I wasn’t not alone in those feelings. There were so many great stories out there and almost every conversation ended in “We can do this!”It was an inspiring experience listening to the panelist speak about their challenges in making career choices/changes and how they over came those challenges to find fulfilling careers in tech that tackle some of the most complex issues in the industry. Overall the whole event was encouraging, and really I left feeling inspired to continue my journey to a new and fulfilling career.
Thank you #generalassembly for hosting and Aurora Meneghello for being a great MC!

Brenna G. (Los Angeles)
RP: How did you feel when you reached out to join Repurpose Your Purpose? What would you say was your main challenge?
BG: I had just left the company I founded, and ran for 9 years, and I was stressed about not knowing what direction to go, and overwhelmed about trying to find a new passion that would optimize my skills and strengths.
RP: What was your intention or intended goal when you signed up for the course?
BG: To try and calm down. To find some kind of method to this journey (I'm big on method).
RP: What were the biggest barriers it helped you overcome?
BG: I felt that I had so much to offer, but no idea how to package myself so as put my skills and strengths to good use. I was totally intimidated by the idea of starting a new career after 20 years of focusing in one area. I was weary of going to work for someone as an employee after running my own business.
RP: What surprised you the most about attending the course on How to Change Careers?
BG: I loved meeting all the smart, generous, talented people in the course who, like me, were yearning for a fulfilling, meaningful life. I was surprised at how much working regularly with with a group of like-minded peers would normalize my transition journey. It helped me feel less intimidated about presenting myself as a professional in transition, looking for more.
RP: What was your favorite part or the most effective things about the work we did together?
BG: I began to value the fact that I was in transition. Repurpose Your Purpose reframed my situation from one of me sitting still in an oar-less boat, to one of problem-solving and strategic planning. I started the program feeling powerless and overwhelmed. I finished the program to feeling resilient and brave.
RP: What are the biggest results you achieved?
BG: I found my Intersections - the unique places where all of my interests, strengths, experience, and passions came together. That allowed me to feel confident in pursuing opportunities I might not have thought of before. I also calmed down! And when I calmed down I was more open to the journey, and not just focused on the end result.
RP: Anything else you'd like to say?
BG: Aurora has found her purpose and Zone of Genius! She is changing the trajectory of people's lives, and giving them the tools and support they need to change their own futures. Her steady presence, coupled with an approach that dives into the heart of who you are and what you do well, delivers a wonderful process. She takes a difficult situation at the best of times - switching careers - and turns it into a journey of hope and self-discovery. I highly recommend Aurora to anyone thinking of changing directions.

Our work together absolutely helped me in the interview process. Finally saw an interview as a conversation and not a place to win over or impress anyone. Thank you!
Kyle (San Francisco)
Aurora is a special human being. Not only is she kind with her time and sharing of her coaching, she is also incredibly diligent with language and knowledge on a variety of careers and business trends. During my coaching call with Aurora, she gave me the space to get clear with my job search. Background: I have a mental health career and transitioned into Recruiting. Aurora asked some incredible questions and validated my experiences. I left my call with her feeling energized and more capable than ever to tackle all the interviews (I had 10 the following week) that came my way. To reflect on her dedication to me (not only as a client but as a person), she sent an extremely detailed email that summarized and clarified with links our time together. Words and space are great, and, to have a written affirmation to the commitments I made on the call as well as real-time resources I could use moving forward were incredible. I sincerely appreciate the work she is doing with Repurpose Your Purpose and sincerely would stand behind anyone who decides to work with her. She is my coach, a friend and I am blessed to have her in my world. It is a disservice to your world should you read this review and not reach out. Go, reach out to her and inquire how she can charge your career/life process.
Charlotte S. (Germany)
RP: How did you feel when you reached out to Repurpose Your Purpose? What would you say was your main challenge?
CS: When I reached out to RYP, I had quit my job and was feeling disoriented about my professional path. I felt that public career advice services
consisted mainly of tables to put in your skills and clear goals that would give you "your job" at the end. I strongly felt this would not work for me.
RP: What was your intention or intended goal when we started working together?
CS: When I started working with you, I wanted support in understanding what I could do next. I was anxious about making wrong decisions and
was looking for a sparring partner to talk through and coach me in that process.
RP: What were the biggest barriers our work helped you overcome?
CS: Our work has helped me to soften my own inner critic, to refine my own narrative on who I am and where I stand in my professional life, and to assume the role I can fill with my skills and experience.
RP: What surprised you the most about working with Repurpose Your Purpose?
CS: I was surprised by the way you insisted on being the support rather than the guide - that made me focus on everything I know about myself and made me feel responsible about my own understanding process.
RP: What was your favorite part or the most effective thing about our work together?
CS: There were lots of things I liked! First and foremost, I felt very energized after every session we did - your positive energy and outlook on personal processes really pushed me. I still try to take on this constructive perspective when things get difficult. For me, the exercise of collecting feedback from friends and family on what they see as my strength is still one point to get back to when I feel lost about my inner focus. I loved - and am still reading - the literature recommendations you gave on all aspects of searching for jobs, sharpening one's professional focus, or simply living big changes with self-respect.
RP: What is the biggest result(s) you achieved?
CS: I learned to value my process, trust my gut feelings, and treat myself well during this time of uncertainty and questioning. Funnily, after a lot of searching and reaching out, my next job just came to me… 🙂
RP: Anything else you'd like to say?
CS: Thanks a lot, Aurora!

I just want to say thank you! You're an amazing coach and person! I loved our sessions! It really shows that you love/care about what you do!! 🙂
McClees (Los Angeles)
I took the course Aurora offered for a group because I really wanted to collaboratively connect with my peers around the topic of career transformation and discovery. I also got a few opportunities to be coached by Aurora one-on-one. Aurora really shines as an intuitive listener who draws out the existing strength of those she's speaking with and focuses on eliminating blind spots. Aurora reframes perspectives that might not be serving. She helped me do this several times! and has taught me lessons that I will be carrying with me beyond this course. Aurora is very organized, intentional and responsive. It's been a wonderful experience.
Shana (Los Angeles)
When I started Repurpose Your Purpose,I had never worked with a career coach and didn't even realize that was Aurora's title! This was perfect for me. I learned so much here and received invaluable guidance and tools to help me move forward. After being in the same position for 7 years with few growth opportunities, I had begun feeling as though I could not do anything else. That thought is now gone and I have learned to use skills I already have to propel my career forward. I have Aurora to thank and I am actually excited about the future!
Isabelle (Los Angeles)
Aurora has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is insightful, intuitive a great listener and highly aware of her client's needs. Her background in marketing helps you to shift your perspective and re-create your personal brand to match the integrity of who you truly are!
I love the exercises that she gives; from getting clear on what you like and dislike in a work environment, to reaching out to people that know you to confirm your natural strengths and increase confidence in your abilities.
Her attention to detail is amazing! She will send you a recap of your coaching session, along with links to articles to help you grow and explore new ways of thinking. She makes you feel supported and accountable for your career journey through her consistent follow up.
I highly recommend her to all career seekers and transitioners looking to Repurpose Your Purpose.
