Career Growth

Watch or listen to episode 32 of my podcast: I spoke with past client Chelsea Amable-Zibolsky about working together twice over the course of a few years, and what career growth and expansion look and feel like.

The Coaching Intensive

“I found Aurora at a pivotal time in my life. I was 15 years into a successful career with a large company, enjoying financial security but feeling drained rather than energized by my work and terrified of making the “wrong” decision. My time with Aurora was profound. She is so much more than a career coach. She taught me to listen to my inner wisdom, be curious about my emotions, and trust my own insights to guide me. If you’re contemplating life changes or difficult choices or just experiencing self-doubt, I’d highly recommend scheduling time with Aurora!”

“Aurora is a maverick, drawing upon a treasure trove of resources and inspiration, be these practices, frameworks or the wisdom of great teachers. She is able to weave these ingredients together in unexpected and innovative ways with warmth, humour and intuition.

Aurora’s capacity to gently and skillfully identify roadblocks and opportunities in work and life has helped me to approach my vocation with a very different perspective and energy. I’d absolutely recommend Aurora’s coaching as an important resource for anyone looking to gain new insights and momentum in work, life and entrepreneurship.”

Remembering your calling

Jennifer L Toro generously sat with me to share what happened from the moment she found Repurpose Your Purpose to embracing her calling: writing.
The journey was not linear, but something inside always reminded her of her North Star. Watch the full video to hear all about it.

“Life Changing”

“I loved it [The Group Program to Change Careers]. It was life changing. I feel like I have learnt tools and concepts that are helping me in all aspects of my life, not just career. I also feel that I have already started enjoying the process of career change, and not place my joy/happiness in the future, “when” things will happen. It is scary but that is what I was looking for (joy in work), and the realization that it is not something that I have to obtain, rather something that is already there and I just need to discover it, wherever I am.”

“A Unique Approach”

I attended a Repurpose Your Purpose two-part workshop, and Aurora was a terrific facilitator. She took care to create a supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere by outlining an agreement of service, and she quickly gets everyone to a place where open dialogue and discussion come naturally. I have worked directly with other career coaches, and read a lot of books and online resources about career change in the past, and none of it was as impactful as working directly with Aurora. She has a unique approach and, coupled with accountability reminders, it really pushed me to new levels and gave me the tools to continue forward in my career journey. I really look forward to engaging more with Aurora and Repurpose Your Purpose!

From feeling down about her work situation, to unemployment, to (re)connecting with people, all the way to finding herSelf again – with confidence, generosity, and Purpose – here’s what finding your Path can look like.
