HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
We meet online for a 60-90 min coaching session once a day for 6 consecutive days (Monday through Saturday OR Sunday through Friday). There are no homework, no notes, no exercises.
Even though I call this program an “intensive,” people feel more relaxed, in tune with themselves, able to quiet the mind, and at peace. In other words, this is not a program to get all riled up and stressed out.
